I found this REALLY cool video that explains, in simple words that even I can understand, how fat is processed in the body and shows exactly why we get fat (well, the physical reason we get fat). Let me know what you think.

Cool! I now really know why things are so important. I am a studying to be a nurse/dental hyginest and this has really helped me in my understanding why we are fat, why it takes so much to lose weight and why i need to keep up my reduction of sugar and food intake to better myself. Thanks!
